This has allow us to build up a considerable experience in wind,
solar, hidro, biomass and other renewable technologies, which it
is going to be used in the promising Australian market through UNION FENOSA WIND AUSTRALIA, created to bring to live the portfolio of
projects bought to TME Australia, thus contributing to achieve the
new MREC, ensuring sustainable sources of energy, developing rural
communities, spreading state of the art green technologies and helping
to prevent the weather changes brought upon us by the Green Houses
Gases .
What we do:

» Preliminary viability assessment (wind resource, terrain, accessibility,
transmisison);
» Establishment of licence agreement;
2. Collection of Wind Data
» Identification of wind monitoring tower location;
» Installation and maintenance of monitoring towers;
» Wind data collection;
3. Site Assessment
» Investigation of grid connection options;
» Checking viability of network connection with Network Service
Providers for favoured option (preliminary connection enquiry);
» Wind energy analysis;
4. Community Consultation
» Keep the community and stakeholders informed about the project
through the provision of factual project information;
» Identify and address community and stakeholder concerns; and
» Provide feedback on how their input will influence the final project
and decision;
5. Project Feasibility
» Project assessment;
» Economic feasibility modelling;
6. Preliminary Design
» Micrositing (turbine selection and layout);
» Preliminary engineering studies;
» Determination on requirement for additional or taller monitoring
towers;
7. Project Planning and Approvals
» Managing environmental studies and impact assessment;
» Managing project Development Approvals;
» Obtaining all the required permits from relevant authorities;
8. Offer To Connect (OTC)
» Negotiating and obtaining connection agreements;
9. EPC contract
» Preparation, negotiation and selection of procurement contractors;
