Crookwell 2 Wind Farm Access Roads Construction Works
Crookwell Development Pty Ltd (CDPL) wishes to announce that the construction of the access roads associated with the Crookwell 2 wind farm will commence the week of 10th September.
Local contractor Divall’s Earthmoving and Bulk Haulage won the tender to build roadworks at the eastern, western and Woodhouselee road entrances to the wind farm site, and to upgrade the intersection of the Goulburn-Crookwell Road with Woodhouselee Road.
During the previous months, Crookwell Development Pty Ltd has liaised with The Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) to ensure that the road design and traffic control strategy during construction are safe, adequate and meet the Roads Authorities' requirements. Also there has been contact with both the Upper Lachlan Shire and the Goulburn Mulwaree Council to discuss design details to their satisfaction.
