Crookwell Development Pty Ltd (CDPL) is seeking nominations from local community members and/or affected stakeholders to represent the community for the proposed Crookwell 3 Wind Farm's Community Consultative Committee(CCC).
The purpose of the CCC is to provide a forum for regular, open discussion between representatives of CDPL, the community, the council and other stakeholders about issues relating to the development of the wind farm and, if approved, to be a forum for ongoing communication with the community during the construction and operation phases.
If you would like to be part of the committee to represent your community, then please send a written submission to info@unionfenosa.com.au detailing how you meet the selection criteria specified in the draft NSW Planning Guidelines for Wind Farms. Those criteria include:
willingness to contribute constructively to the :-
CCC experience and ability to provide feedback and information to the community and stakeholders
being a current resident of the local area (or having a high awareness of the Crookwell district) and
other relevant issues that support your nomination to the CCC
The community representatives will be selected in accordance with the draft NSW Planning Guidelines for Wind Farms.
